The restaurant also comprises live cooking stations and an 'Ode to Oz' selection on the menu, where diners can choose their cut of meat, sides and sauces and see them prepared in the open kitchen.
Swissôtel's Swiss Executive Club lounge has been re-located to level nine and boasts views of the city's skyline, Hyde Park and St Mary's Cathedral. It also has its own fireplace and library, with books provided by the staff of Swissôtels around the world.
"We are very excited and proud to announce the completion of this renovation. The final products are modern yet functional and we have been receiving fantastic feedback from not only our valued repeat guests but also guests who are staying with us for the first tim," said Daniel Fueglister, general manager of Swissôtel Sydney.
Stage One of the hotel's renovations saw its function rooms on level eight given a makeover with the hope of reinforcing Swissotel Sydney's appeal as a preferred conference and event venue.
Revealed in January, the conference areas were spruced up with navy carpets with a splash of colour, modern furniture, contemporary wall art, a refresh coat of paint and brand new audio-visual equipment.
