Is the I-pad making a revolutionary change in the way resorts and hotels operate at the Hyatt they are utilizing this new technology. I believe that using the I-pad for more efficient ways of operating a hotel or resort is great thinking as for more than 50 years Hyatt hotels have been offering great service I believe it is because they are able to keep up with the changes in the industry the biggest new development making an impact these days is technology and they are certainly getting on board with that a great view of the new idea simply put is ‘’it’s about getting out from behind the desk and in front of the customer’’ I think this is a major positive move forward as in my opinion customers would defiantly like this kind of service and offcourse all the apps available will make planning events and meetings a lot more easy.
